RE-ADVERTISEMENT Career Opportunity BRAC Education Program (BEP) operates in different education components targeting the poor children, adolescents and communities in Bangladesh. SEP invites interested and qualified candidates for the following positions.

Job Description

This is a senior management and leadership position based in the Head Office directly reporting to the Director of the program. The selected candidate will lead a team of Program Managers working on Post-primary caste secondary And Continuing Education (PACE).

Educational Qualification

Masters in any discipline, preferably in Social Science with good results from any recognized university. A second degree from a reputed university is a plus.

Job Requirement

The program has a large network and its implementation requires excellent management and leadership qualities. The successful candidate should be fluent in English and should have excellent communication skills to represent BRAC Education Program in meeting with development partners and senior government officials. The position requires capability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines. The candidate should have excellent academic background and a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in managerial positions in the education or relevant field including teaching at a university / college with management responsibilities. Language and computer skills: Excellent command in English and working knowledge on computer are essential.

Salary

The position carries initial gross salary of Tk.81, 080/- per month. Salary is negotiable in case of exceptionally qualified candidate. Others Benefits : Other benefits include Insurance, Festival bonus, on completion of probation period will offered Contributor Provident Fund and Gratuity.
