FCA/Masters in Business discipline with no third division/class
Job Requirement
Highly capable of, planning, organizing and carrying out the internal audit function including preparation of an audit plan, scheduling and assigning work to the audit team; can ensure that the system is in place and is working effectively to identify and mitigate major risks, prevent deviations, to guard against all possible threats; fully conversant with the regulatory provisions and banking operations including loans & advance, trade finance, general banking, fund management etc; able to establish compliance culture across the board; is capable of testing the effectiveness of the systems in place and to modify/improve the existing system; has good presentation skills and is proficient in writing/compiling quality reports in English; possesses fair knowledge of Core Risk Management guidelines; has the ability to lead the Internal Control & Compliance Department of the Bank independently with long work experience in a reputed commercial bank.
