RE-ADVERTISEMENT Career Opportunity BRAC Education Program (BEP) operates in different education components targeting the poor children, adolescents and communities in Bangladesh. SEP invites interested and qualified candidates for the following positions.

Job Description

It is a senior management position based in the Head Office reporting to the Director. The selected candidate will coordinate BEP's works on monitoring, program implementation mentoring and capacity development of mid4evel managers and initiating pilot experiments for new innovations. The candidate will be expected to maintain excellent working relationships with relevant development partners and government officials.

Educational Qualification

Masters in any discipline, preferably in Social Science with good results from any recognized university. A second degree from a reputed university is a plus.

Job Requirement

The successful candidate should have excellent academic background and a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in managerial positions in the education or relevant sectors including leaching at a college / university with management responsibilities. Language and computer skills: Excellent command in English and working knowledge on computer are essential.

Salary

The position carries a gross salary of Tk.68,605/- per month Salary may be negotiable in case of exceptionally qualified candidates. Others Benefits : Other benefits include Insurance, Festival bonus, on completion of probation period will offered Contributor Provident Fund and Gratuity.
