Job Description
Key responsibilities are to lead and ensure delightful & responsive customer service through the assigned distribution network; to increase the profitability and productivity of the branch; to monitor and ensure processes and control systems; and to manage sales & retention of existing customers of the Bank.
Educational Qualification
Masters / Bachelors degree preferably in business studies
Job Requirement
Superior managerial, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill Capacity to drive and motivate staff members to meet business targets
